Manages a large contingent of contractor personnel in direct support of an operational unit. PM provides leadership for contractor personnel and advises Government personnel to observe, analyze, train, and advise army and joint forces world-wide to successfully predict, mitigate, counter, and defeat asymmetric and emerging hybrid threats. The PM shall provide the management of programs, personnel, planning, quality control, direction, coordination, and reviews necessary to assure effective contract performance.PM shall also provide additional leadership and managerial oversight and support to command section, special staff section, staff liaison, operations and training, resource management, acquisitions, logistics, and information management. PM is overall responsible for contract execution and is the primary POC for the Government. PM is responsible for all contractual deliverables and for support to an O-6 command and all subordinate units while CONUS or OCONUS.
Understanding of Army supply regulations and procedures including accountability and purchasing actions. Must have a valid state driver license and commercial license (CDL). Should have international driver license. Proficiency with Army Logistics Database Program and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to brief senior personnel on logistics and transportation issues.
Should have operational and planning experience with combat arms, U.S. Special Operations Forces and/or U.S. Special Mission Units and commercial (post-active duty) Program Management experience.
